Learn more about Erica below.

What inspired you to start your business?

“I’ve always been obsessed with design and paper so it was a natural marriage of the two for me.”

What advice would you give to an aspiring entrepreneur or student?

“Owning my own business was always a dream of mine. Over the years however, I went through a lot of ideas that didn’t pan out. My craziest idea was that I went through this phase where I wanted to make printed baby bottle warmers. That didn’t last long! Every idea I had though I learned something valuable to take with me to the next one. I guess my advice would be to find your passion, be it ever so vague, and just stick with it. If you love something that inspires you to commit to every day, chances are others will be inspired by it too and want to buy it!”

How has social media influenced or helped your business? Do you have an example?

“Yes! Social media has really influenced my business. It’s given my business a unique voice, rather than just being a company that sells stationery. It has allowed me to separate myself from others who are in the same product category.”

Who do you admire and why?

“I definitely admire all the fellow mamas out there who are trying to pursue their dream while raising their babies. It’s tough to find a balance of work and home life without going a little crazy, but somehow I’ve managed to do it. I also really admire ladies like Tory Burch and Kate Spade who have really taken their companies to the next level. I’d love to some day be in the same category as them but for now it’s baby steps.”

What is next for you and your business?

“Oh gosh! I feel like I’ve just dipped my toes in. I have so many ideas of collections I’d like to do. Eventually I’d love to branch out into different product lines as well. I love what I do and feel so lucky to get the chance to do it every day. It wouldn’t be possible without my supportive Husband so I give thanks for him every day.”

What do you feel is your greatest accomplishment thus far?

“My greatest accomplishment/s by far are my 3 and 4 year-old children. I try to instill in them the power of love and gratitude and not taking anything for granted. If I can succeed with that I will truly be a successful woman!”
