Hello and welcome to the new Piqued PR! You may have noticed something was different. We’ve been working on a rebrand and website redesign the past few months and are so pleased to finally share it with you!
I’ve followed Nico & Lala for years on social media and always said that someday they would design my wedding invites. Well, a rebrand came sooner so they were the first people I went to when I was ready for a new look for Piqued. I wanted the new design to be classic, preppy, somewhat whimsy and more masculine than our old logo since we do have clients with men’s products, hence the introduction of blue into our new logo! I love how it is reminiscent of a monogram and like nothing else I’ve seen before.
Then came this fancy new site you’re looking at. I had been casually looking for a website designer for the past year or so when an old high school friend reached out for some business advice as she was starting her own web design business after years of doing it in corporate. Talk about great timing! Elizabeth of Elizabeth Hinson Design totally got my vision!
We had the best time shooting images for the site with Abbe Forman. We always end up laughing so hard with her. We were looking for more of an editorial look to our images than the classic sterile headshot and she knew exactly how to capture that.
Something else that you may have found on our site is our shop with DIY lists, these are for entrepreneurs who want to manage their own PR outreach but just need the contacts. Lastly, you’ll find our social media planner notepads. I created these from my own process of how I plan our client’s social content and figured they’d be perfect for other entrepreneurs and even bloggers. We worked with Giddy Paperie to develop them and hope they make your life a little easier!
